Kickboxing and Muay thai are the most effective martial arts disciplines for learning striking techniques. It's also one of the best ways to get in shape, as it involves the whole body. It's mainly a combination of dynamic punching, kicking, kneeing and elbowing techniques. Our classes are divided into different levels, enabling everyone to progress according to their objectivesand technical skills.
Our Kick boxing/Muay thai - All levels classes give members of different levels the opportunity to train together and benefit from each other's experience. These classes also allow those who couldn't participate in the Kick boxing/Muay thai Level 1 and Level 2 classes offered in the evening to come and train during the day instead.
