It's mainly a combination of dynamic punching, kicking, kneeing and elbowing techniques. Our classes are divided into different levels, enabling everyone to progress according to their objectivesand technical skills.

Our Kick boxing/Muay thai - Level 2 classes are reserved for advanced, mainly competitive fighters, ready to take their training to the next level. These classes focus primarily on refining advanced techniques and fighting strategies.
